SafeCam™ Accident Companion is a mini windscreen mounted camera that records the footage to a small 'black box' DVR unit kept in the glove box or in the foot well etc. It can be used in numerous applications where you may need visual evidence of an incident.

Some obvious uses are forward facing and dash mounted in a vehicle in the event of an accident or rear facing in a taxi to monitor customers. If you were involved in an 'accident' for example where someone reversed into you and then attempted to claim for their whiplash injuries you'll have the evidence to prove what really happened.

SafeCam records continuously in 20 minute clips onto an SD card in before starting to record over itself when the card is full (for example when 7 20 minute clips have been recorded the 1st clip may be deleted in order the record the new one). It is powered directly from the cigar socket in the vehicle and will work automatically.
